    It’s hard to pick one, but clear your mind and think about some time in your life when you were just beaming – when life was good and happiness was yours.

    Use your imagination and describe what the perfect day is for you.
    Be expansive in your description – how does it feel, what are you doing.

    Are you supportive of kids, animals, the environment - tell me what you care about.

    Give this some thought, it can be anything special skill or talent you wish for.
