Debbie Trenholm and Donna Messer, are proud Canadians who throughout their careers have been promoting Canada, Canadians and Canadian businesses domestically and on the world’s stage. The two met recently at an international conference and discovered that they shared a common dream – to promote the positive aspects about their country as good news to the world.
On July 1st, armed with tape recorders and digital cameras, the two businesswomen will begin in Ontario, asking the question, Canadians and immigrants, “Why do you choose to live and work in Canada?”
This is not an easy question, yet, one that is important to understand why people of all nationalities and backgrounds choose to live in our country and are proud to call Canada home. In order to share these stories, we will publish a book once our travel across Canada is complete. This book will be the first of its kind and will showcase the diversity of our nation and be a voice for what Canada has to offer.
