At ConnectUs it’s always about people!

In 1993 our first website was launched. We began with one small question – “How can we help you?”

We soon found the answers:
We were asked to smooth out tenacious business relationships.
Help build effective teams.
Show companies and individuals how to create work/life balance.
Help people in transition with career management.
Develop integrated coaching and training modules.
Help entrepreneurs become successful.

The integrated coaching modules included:

Orientation sessions.
A self-directed workbook with exercises.
A “Link and Think” behaviour/personality assessment.
Ongoing coaching support and personal development.
A workshop on self-discovery and relationship building.

Coaching: Organizations that truly believed that its greatest resources were people; would invest in coaching and mentoring. Our coaching programs were designed to be productive for employees at all levels.

Outplacement: Companies that were downsizing, or involved in a merger or acquisition needed help with career transitions. We provided fully customized programs to give employees direction and assistance. Helping them towards new career opportunities.

Self Employment: Entrepreneurs launching new business ventures. Since our company had entrepreneurship as its roots, we shared best practices and provided road maps to help entrepreneurs succeed.

Facilitation and Speaking: We delivered keynote speeches and facilitated workshops. Our topics were relevant and timely. All of a sudden we were in demand!

Publications and Visibility: We wrote articles for major publications. We published a Canadian Best Seller called “Effective networking Strategies” which sold over 50,000 copies. We became Canada’s Networking Experts.

Media: We hosted programs on both radio and television. We were interviewed across the country
